Site walk with GC. Existing panel capacity verified, abandoned circuits flagged, demo limits agreed in writing.
Branch Circuits & Panels
New sub-panels where needed, branch circuit layout per drawings, dedicated circuits for kitchen and equipment loads.
Lighting & Title 24 Controls
Fixture rough-in, occupancy and daylight sensors, programmed controls system, automatic shut-off zones per Title 24.
HVAC & Equipment Connections
Disconnects, motor control, EF/MAU power, water-heater circuits — coordinated with mech and plumb roughs.
Life-Safety Review
Exit signs, emergency lighting circuits, fire-alarm rough-in coordinated with the FA contractor. NFPA 70 and NFPA 72 boxes checked.
Inspection & Closeout
City rough and final, Title 24 acceptance test, as-built drawings, panel schedules, warranty letters — packaged for landlord and lender.
