What We Do
One contract for the whole build, not five.
Most buildouts and ADUs fall apart in the gaps between trades — the GC blames the electrician, the electrician blames the schedule, and the owner pays for the change order. YKCA closes those gaps by carrying the project end to end: we plan and build the space, and we self-perform the highest-coordination scope — electrical, low-voltage, EV, and smart-home — with our own crew.
You get a single point of accountability for the structure and the power, the framing and the panel, the ceiling and the lighting controls. The other building trades are delivered through a vetted bench of trade partners we manage under one schedule — so the project moves like one team, because it is one.
