YKCA closes those gaps by carrying the project end to end: we plan and build the space, and we self-perform the highest-coordination scope — electrical, low-voltage, EV, and smart-home — with our own crew.

You get a single point of accountability for the structure and the power, the framing and the panel, the ceiling and the lighting controls. The other building trades are delivered through a vetted bench of trade partners we manage under one schedule — so the project moves like one team, because it is one.

Instead of hiring a designer, a general contractor, and an electrician separately and hoping they coordinate, you contract a single team that carries the project from concept through final inspection. We plan the structure, the power, the low-voltage, and the automation together from day one — which means fewer change orders, fewer "that's not my scope" gaps, and one point of accountability for the schedule.

We self-perform all electrical, low-voltage, EV, and smart-home scope with our own C-10 crew — the same direct W-2 technicians on every job, no electrical subs. For the other building trades (framing, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, finishes) we manage a vetted bench of trade partners under one schedule and one contract, so you still deal with one team rather than juggling five.
