What We Do
Holiday lights installed by an electrical contractor, not a seasonal crew.
Most holiday lighting installers are crews that pop up between Halloween and January, run extension cords through screen doors, and disappear when something shorts in February. YKCA does holiday lighting year-round as part of our standard residential and commercial electrical practice — same insured C-10 technicians, same GFCI-protected outdoor circuits, same smart-controller programming we use for any exterior install.
If the existing exterior outlets aren't where you need them, we add them properly under our license. If your roofline needs a permanent system, we install Trimlight or Jellyfish that lives year-round — no annual hang, no extension cords. One conversation, one install crew, one accountable contractor.

Storefronts, business parks, HOA common areas, multi-story buildings. Insured lift work, accessible-route compliance, scheduled before opening hours.
Custom Design & Mapping
On-site design walk: what to light, what not to, color and brightness coordination, smart-controller scene programming. Photo mock-ups for HOA approval where needed.
Permanent Trimlight / Jellyfish
Year-round programmable LED system installed under eaves, hidden during the day. Phone-app control, scenes for holidays, sports, and parties. One install, lifetime use.
Takedown & Storage
January takedown is part of our seasonal package. Strings labeled and bagged in labeled bins for fast reinstall next season. Facility storage available as add-on.
