How We Work With Your Team

Six steps, load study to service.

The same workflow whether it's a new machine drop, a service upgrade, or a full plant fit-out.

1

Walk-Through & Load Study

We assess existing service, equipment loads, and growth plans, then run an NEC load calculation to size the work.

2

Written Estimate

Line-item bid returned within 48–72 hours. Long-lead gear flagged, alternates priced separately, inclusions and exclusions spelled out.

3

Contract & Mobilization

Standard subcontract or PO. COI issued, submittals released, gear staged before crew sets foot on site.

4

Shutdown Planning

We plan tie-ins and cutovers around your production schedule — nights, weekends, or planned shutdowns, with temporary power where needed.

5

Execution

Daily site lead, weekly progress reports, RFIs back in one business day. Clean jobsite, photo-documented progress.

6

Closeout & Service

As-builts, arc-flash labeling, O&M binders, and warranty letters — plus an optional service plan to keep the facility running.
