Holiday lighting that goes up in November needs to stay working through January — and that means having someone accountable when a section goes dark or a controller loses its schedule. YKCA's warranty and maintenance coverage keeps the same crew that installed your display available for mid-season repairs, section replacements, and GFCI circuit checks throughout the lighting season.
Takedown is included in our standard seasonal install package. When January arrives, we remove the display carefully, label every string, and bag everything in labeled bins organized by location on the property. Facility storage is available as an add-on for customers who prefer not to keep the bins on-site.
Labeled storage makes reinstall faster. When we come back next season, we know exactly what goes where — the bins have the map. That means less time on the ladder, lower labor cost on reinstall, and lights that last longer because they are handled consistently each year.

Mid-Season Repair
If a section goes dark or a controller fault appears during the season, we dispatch to diagnose and repair — same crew that did the install, familiar with the exact configuration.
Section Replacement
Damaged or failed string sections replaced with matching outdoor-rated bulbs. We carry common C9 and mini-bulb stock so repairs do not wait on parts orders.
January Takedown
Included in every seasonal install package. Display removed carefully at the end of the season, with strings and controllers handled to preserve their condition.
Labeled Bin Storage
Every string labeled by location and bagged in labeled bins — so reinstall next season is organized, not a puzzle. Facility storage available as an add-on.
Fast Reinstall Next Season
Returning customers with labeled storage bins get priority scheduling and faster installs — we already know your property, the bin map tells us what goes where.

On-Site Design Walk
We walk the property, plan what to light, check exterior circuits, and confirm access and lift needs. The $200 service-call fee is credited to the job.
Custom Layout & Fixed Quote
A measured layout, color and brightness plan, and a fixed written quote — including any GFCI circuit work needed, added under our C-10 license.
Professional Install
Our insured W-2 crew installs to code on GFCI-protected circuits, programs the smart controller, and cleans up — no extension cords through a window screen.
Takedown, Storage & Reinstall
January takedown is included; strings are labeled and bagged for a faster, cheaper reinstall next season. Permanent LED systems stay up year-round.
