What Permanent LED Is

Permanent systems like Trimlight, Jellyfish, and Gemstone are low-profile programmable LED channels mounted under the soffit or roofline. The track is tucked into the eave so it disappears in daylight, then lights up on demand — warm white for everyday, festive scenes for holidays, team colors for game day, all from a phone app.
Because we install it as a permanent, code-compliant exterior circuit under our C-10 license — not a seasonal extension-cord hang — it is wired to a dedicated GFCI-protected outdoor circuit, weather-sealed, and built to last. No ladder out every November, no tangled strings, no January takedown.
We size the run to your roofline during the assessment, confirm exterior circuit capacity (adding a circuit if needed), and program the initial scenes with you so the app is ready to use the day we finish.

On-Site Design Walk
We walk the property, plan what to light, check exterior circuits, and confirm access and lift needs. The $200 service-call fee is credited to the job.
Custom Layout & Fixed Quote
A measured layout, color and brightness plan, and a fixed written quote — including any GFCI circuit work needed, added under our C-10 license.
Professional Install
Our insured W-2 crew installs to code on GFCI-protected circuits, programs the smart controller, and cleans up — no extension cords through a window screen.
Takedown, Storage & Reinstall
January takedown is included; strings are labeled and bagged for a faster, cheaper reinstall next season. Permanent LED systems stay up year-round.
