Insurance
Commercial General Liability and California Workers' Compensation maintained. Certificate of Insurance naming your entity as Additional Insured issued per project.
Prevailing-Wage Capability
For public-works engagements that require DIR registration and certified payroll, we confirm scope, registration status, and reporting workflow during prequalification.
Safety Program
Written Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) per Cal/OSHA Title 8 §3203. Field personnel trained on jobsite safety. Workers' comp loss-run history provided on request.

- Workers' Compensation & Employer's Liability — statutory California coverage for all W-2 employees, no subs operating under separate policies.

- Project Surety Bonds — performance, payment, or bid bonds can be arranged through a surety as your contract requires.
