Yes — no travel surcharge between cities. The $200 service-call fee is flat across the service area. The only city-dependent variable is permit fees, which we pass through at cost and itemize on the quote.

Yes. PG&E EV rebate programs and Silicon Valley Power (Santa Clara) rebate programs change frequently — we verify current eligibility against your project before submitting and handle the paperwork. Most rebates apply to commercial multi-port installs; residential rebates are smaller but still exist for some utilities.

The install itself is the same — Tesla-certified hardwired termination, 60A or 100A circuit. What varies is the permit process: Palo Alto and Santa Clara are fast (1–2 weeks typical), SF DBI runs 3–6 weeks, and South Bay cities run somewhere in between. We schedule the install once the permit is in hand.

Yes — commercial Level 2 stations, workplace charging, condo and apartment EV-shared infrastructure are in our standard scope across all service-area cities. Commercial EV requires different permit handling and often utility coordination — we manage that end-to-end.
